Toyota's youthful Scion brand will be represented by an array of custom-made cars at this week's SEMA gathering in Las Vegas including this low-rider tC that was crafted by the crew over at EPIC Cartel. Said to be inspired by a variety of builds, the tC Concept's most prominent features are the chopped-down roof that loses its center panel and rear window, and its ridiculously lowered ride height
